恢复固件时出现1600错误的解决方法
出现过很多次恢复固件时出现1600错误，也找了很多办法，还是解决不了。终于在网上发现一个方法可以完美解决1600错误
个人感觉1600错误就是因为杀毒软件或者360等管理软件禁用了三个系统服务项：telnet ,messenger ,terminal services三个服务
XP系统可以在服务里开启这三个服务，但win7里面没有telnet ,messenger ,terminal services三个服务
以下是解决办法：
Terminal Services在Windows 7中变成了Remote Desktop Services
Telnet需要在控制面板中安装, 具体:
控制面板->程序与功能->左边"打开或关闭Windows功能"-选上"Telnet Client" 然后OK
Messenger在Windows 7/Server 2008 R2里都去掉了
按步骤来就可以了，之后重启，最好把hosts恢复一下
