两种方法解决please uninstall and reinstall..
Windows10安装Adobe Photoshop CS6打开.psd的文件总是提示“Please uninstall and reinstall the product.If this problem still occurs,please contact Adobe technical support for help,and mention the error code shown at the bottom of this screen.Error 16 ”，必须已管理员身份运行ps后才能打开.psd文件。
